Under the supervision of the CRD’s Technical Unit, the incumbent will:
* Develop survey designs and models that suit the program in hand with corresponding data management tools that ensure quality tracking of program output and outcomes;
* Develop weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative reporting tools and provide support to field-based staff in their use;
* Develop database design;
* Train and manage program staff on developed tools;
* Conduct regular field visits to support and build the capacity of field teams in use of data management tools;
* Set up and test new database and data handling systems;
* Monitor database efficiency;
* Design and prepare reports for management;
* Develop protocols for data processing;
* Create complex query definitions that allow data to be extracted;
* Other tasks as assigned by the CEO.
