Objectives
The consultant will be in charge of the production and logistical management of the Zoukak Studio in general as well as Zoukak events and their delivery end to end.
The consultancy will take place at Zoukak Studio in Beirut.

Main tasks
The venue manager works closely with the creative and production teams, he/she therefore needs to be able to coordinate effectively across a range of disciplines and with artistic vision.
In close coordination with the production and creative teams, the venue manager is in charge of:
- Studio management
- Monitoring the various stocks of the water, food, cleaning products and other products as instructed by the management etc. and ensuring their purchase as needed;
- Doing the monthly inventory of the cafeteria and bar products and ensure the needed purchase accordingly;
- Taking care of Zoukak’s furniture (maintenance, fixing if needed, protection etc.) and of their storage as needed;
- Liaising with current or future furniture’s providers as needed for maintenance, purchase etc. in coordination with the management;
- Monitoring the cleaners and workers’ schedules.
- Events management in the Studio: before the event
- Identify strategies to meet these non-technical needs for the event:
- Putting in place a plan of actions in order to deliver a successful event;
- Identifying the right persons/providers to meet the identified needs;
- Ensuring needed HR/providers are available on Zoukak side to meet the actions plan.
- Identify strategies to meet these non-technical needs for the event:
- Events management in the Studio: during the events
- Being present during the on-site interventions of the partners: rehearsals, check-in etc., and coordinate the actions of the various actors from Zoukak and partners’ side;
- Welcoming the partner’s team;
- Is in charge of the general security;
- Overseeing the tickets cashier and its closure;
- Overseeing the bar cashier and its closure.
- Delivery processes enhancement
- Enhance standard operation procedures for the venue management based on experience
- Enhance operational management of the events and their resources with the aim of reducing cost and increasing efficiency
- Food and beverage services
- Periodic review of food and beverage providers’ conditions: prices, services etc. to ensure optimal cost and operations.
- Periodic enhancement of the food and beverage offering
qualifications and requirements
- Experience in venue management
- Experience in coordination / project management
- Ability to work in the night and during weekends when there are events planned
- Experience in production or Food and beverage would be appreciated
- Experience in the artistic field would be appreciated
