Media Ideation Consultant

Job Description

We are looking for a professional and creative consultant of media and communication for our media team. The team members are a group of semi-skilled journalists and mass communication graduates. this project will focus on the conflict sensitive media interventions in marginalized communities through creative tools of media.

Responsibilities:

• To support the team in Framing the problem correctly and articulate it clearly.
• To support the team in Clarifying end deliverables of the process.
• To work with the team through creative processes to be able to generate ideas for their identified problems.  
• To follow up with the team on the deliverables of group work during the workshop.
• To support the team in fine tuning their ideas to be applicable on the field.
• To support the team on measuring the conflict sensitivity of each idea before applying it.

Qualifications:

• Certifications and experience in media and information field.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills
• Motivated-and ability to work in a team
• Strong interpersonal skill
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Conflict Sensitivity Training is an Asset.
• Experience in conducting trainings.
• Excellent social and personal relationships.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent English technical words knowledge.

Professional Experience:

• minimum 5 years of professional experience in similar specialization.
• Experience and ability to deal with unexpected challenges
