The Employment coordinator will be handling ProAbled project: Job integration of PwD or financial/social challenges. The job will be done by working on the recruitment process and the training programs of the candidates that are searching for jobs.
Tasks:
- Outreach to NGOs and centers that do vocational trainings in order to build collaborations by including their beneficiaries on ProAbled.
- Outreach to companies and potential employers in order to encourage them to use ProAbled to higher their social recruitment.
- Support the HR people that are searching for potential candidates in order to find suitable profiles for the open vacancies.
- Follow up with ProAbled candidates to keep their profiles updated.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to shareQ activities.
- Implement market study and research related to the employment of PwD in the Lebanese market.
- Attend events and conferences related to shareQ’s programs.
- Assist the team in designing and implementing the training sessions of ProAbled Academy.
- Assist the programs manager in any additional tasks related to shareQ programs.
Direct reports:
The employment coordinator will be in direct contact with the Programs manager.
Job context:
The employment coordinator will be mainly working from the office in addition to field visits related to the work integration programs such as meetings with companies/NGOs, job fairs, networking events, training programs, among others.
-Work schedule: Monday to Friday (Reduced schedule for working mothers)
-Good social spirit is a must
-Experience in working with people who have social/financial challenges or physical disabilities is a plus
-NGO background is a plus
