Maintenance Technician

General Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that all Maintenance requests / issues in Residence rooms are properly responded to meet their needs.
• Carry out day-to-day general and preventive maintenance duties (Holicare) in the organization’s residents’ rooms to keep the rooms well maintained.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly way to protect Residences’ and employees’ health and safety, as well as protect and conserve the environment.
• Comply with Beit Rafqa environmental, health and safety policies and procedures
