Trainer (North)

1. Work on the creation of the committees/groups with the implementation of a comprehensive/ participatory approach with the communities targeted.

2. Conduct training for CBOs, caregivers, and adolescents.

3. To ensure that committees are provided with adequate training and to follow-up on their work and impact.

4. Elaborate a monitoring and evaluation plan for the caregiver's groups

5. Inform the community about himaya’s activities and answer any question related to the organization and the program

6. Ensure the good process of all the stages of committee/ groups creation and provide them with adequate support.

7. Conduct monitoring of the activities, and plan activities accordingly.

8. Conduct awareness activities for children and parents

9. Maintain an accurate reporting and data management of the activities.

10. Support the committees/ groups in their daily activities

11. Coordinate with the team-leader regarding the awareness activities schedule

12. Use interactive techniques for awareness activities

13. Organize and implement with the team several awareness events.

14. Provide visibility material for the communication department

15. Attend the prevention and admin weekly meetings

16. Attend all capacity building workshops provided for the prevention team

17. Gives his/her input on the content of the awareness activities and the animation techniques used on the field

18. Fill the tools provided by M&E unit

19. Help in other activities related to the prevention program

20. Detect the cases of abuse and refer them to the team leader

21. Participate in himaya’s event.
