Interactive Theater Consultant

The interactive theater consultant will be responsible of the following tasks:

• Conduct 5 inyteractive theater sessions aiming to prevent Gender Based Violence for Syrian refugees residing in Informal Settlements in North Bekaa;

• Report to the field coordinator in case of identification of any case that needs referral by filling the interagency referral form;

• Deliver regular evaluation reports on each of the conducted sessions to the Women Center Supervisor;

• Develop and maintain an archive system for the sessions (description of the session, attendance sheet);

• Participate in coordination and follow-up meetings with the team.

Required Skills:

• Ability to create scenes related to protection topics such as GBV, SGBV, early marriage and others.
• Openness to working with Palestinian, Lebanese and Syrian communities in refugee Informal Settlements.
• Knowledge of GBV concepts;
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Experience in providing interactive theatre sessions to groups of women;
• The ability to improvise under pressure.

PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS:
While working on a KAFA project, it is required to sign KAFA’s Code of Conduct.
