Mother and Child Project Coordinator

Operational Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Develop a weekly and monthly detail activities implementation plan for LRC Reproductive, Maternal and Child Health program and communicate it to related parties on monthly basis. 
  2. Follow-up on the Reproductive, Maternal and Child Health program in the assigned regions on a daily basis through the working team on the field and ensure all resources and materials needed are available.
  3. Ensure the activities are implemented as per the work plan, with a particular focus on the outreach activities. 
  4. Track daily, weekly and monthly quantitative and qualitative reports and ensure their accuracy. 
  5. Support in the development of different data collection formats as per the need as well as coordinate with the MS data professional staff on the medical referral system and beneficiary feedback mechanism.
  6. Conduct field visits to the assigned regions and monitor the project activities. 
  7. Ensure the execution of the national standards (protocol) of Midwifery – Reproductive Health implemented by Lebanese Order of Midwives. 
  8. Strive for the inclusion of Reproductive, Maternal and Child Health in the LRC Primary Health Care Centers’ general work plan.
  9. Evaluate field team capacity and develop training and development plans.
  10. Document lessons learned and, if necessary, support change in the program implementation.

Organize meetings at HQ or field level as deemed necessary.
