Program Assistant (Australia Health Assessment Program - Client Satisfaction and Data Analysis)

Assist Chief Medical Officer in the definition of quality needs from an organizational perspective.

Assist team in communicating data quality information to the Senior Data Processing Assistant, Health Assessment Program Assistant, Migration Health Physician Focal Point for Australia and New Zealand and Chief Medical Officer in accordance with the resettlement country’s/Australia and New Zealand Medical Examination Guidelines/Protocols for Immigrants and the IOM Migration Health Assessment Guidelines.

Maintain database of costs/invoices occurred during referral of caseload during HA DHC and approved ones after HA

Assist in determination of Ratio of data errors, number of empty values, data time to value and data transformation error rate

Provide alert to respective Australia and New Zealand Panel Physician, CMO and Migration Health Physician when case is approaching to submission deadline minimum 24 hours ahead

In close coordination with SDPA, Australia and New Zealand Focal Point and CMO conduct training related to use of internal databases and programs

Participate in regular meetings of MHD staff members of IOM Lebanon and data entry team

Participate in the development of customized program to support client satisfaction and customer acceptance of HAP

Carry out and verify updates and insert data sets into central record system of clients that provided their voice feedback to designated phone number related to satisfaction of services provided

Assist in data analysis and technical elaboration of data gathered from the customer satisfaction research within HAP for Australia and New Zealand with possibility for expansion to other resettlement countries or programs

Travel in the region on missions’ duties, as might be requested by the technical supervisor Head of office or Regional HAP Coordinator.

Performing any other related duties that may be assigned by the supervisors.
