Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

• Roles & Responsibilities:

Support Roles:

• Progress Tracker: Monitoring the progress of work according to project targets as per the logframe in the approved proposal.

• Progress Reporter: Preparing narrative reports including context analysis, achieved activities, outputs, and outcomes according to deadlines as per HOPe agreements.

• Documentation Archiver: Having all documents available, organized, and easy to reach whenever it is required for any type of information, reporting, and other purposes.

• M&E Tools Developer: Identifying the best means to collect needed data to measure the impact of HOPe activities.

• UN Working Groups Focalpoint: Enhancing HOPe engagement and visibility within UN cluster meetings.

Activity/Field Roles:

• Initiative Impact Assessor: Measuring change, short-term, and long-term effects of implemented initiatives in the field through conducting interviews and focus group discussions.

• Assistant Researcher: Assisting in the development of HOPe Their Voices research papers, and the organization of roundtable meetings. 

• Requirements and qualifications:

• Good spirit.
• Bachelor Degree with research experience (MA, MSc preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in humanitarian programs.
• Perfect command of spoken and written English and Arabic.
• Notable time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in partnership with local communities and NGOs.
• Teamwork and cooperative attitude.
• Problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good computing skills.
