- Recruit, select, and register in-need Syrian and Lebanese beneficiaries.
- Conduct tests to monitor student progress.
- Conduct pre-tests and post-tests to compare progress.
- Train beneficiaries to ensure the acquisition of work skills.
- Attend required weekly meetings and workshops.
- Cooperate with the organization in all its activities during working hours.
- Submit weekly progress reports.
- Work in all branches of the organization.
- Abstain from working in another NGO without a written permit from LOST.
- Abide with LOST's child protection policy.
