Consultant for assessing capacities development project on Family Planning counselling strategy (KABP study)

As part of the 2019 annual work plan, LOM will identify a consultant to carry out the following tasks:

Meet with UNFPA to discuss the consultancy tasks and draw an assessment plan.

Carry out meeting with some previously trained coaches to get to know the type on the activities that has been.

Carry out a desk review of the implemented project, AWP, GPS work plan, review of the activities carried out and the related reports in order to have a holistic vision of what has been achieved until 2017.

Develop quantitative and qualitative assessment tools and set a timetable to the consultancy initial steps, and share it with LOM and UNFPA.

Carry out sampling for the targeted population and set statistics norms that will be used for the results to be significant.

Carry out the assessment with already trained coaches and midwives in North and Bekaa.

Compile data on relevant statistic systems (SPSS) and process the results.

Develop a consultancy assessment report, including results and findings, as well as recommendations.

Coordinate with project coordinator and the LOM President.
