Humanity & Inclusion is an independent and impartial international aid organization working in situations of poverty and exclusion, conflict and disaster. Working alongside persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups, our action and testimony are focused on responding to their essential needs, improving their living conditions and promoting respect for their dignity and their fundamental rights.
Humanity & Inclusion is a not-for-profit organization with no religious or political affiliation. It operates as a federation made up of a network of associations that provide it with human and financial resources, manage its projects and implement its actions and social mission.

TERMS OF REFERENCES
Under the management of the Finance & HR Manager, the Administrative Assistant daily worker will be responsible to support in:
- Checking HR files of current HI employees and make sure that all needed documents are files as per the check list and report any missing document to the Finance & HR Manager;
- Scan all HR files and archive them in the relative folders;
- Scan all files provided by finance assistant for the monthly closure of January to March 2019 following HI standard scanning and archiving procedures;
Note that this list must remain flexible, to respond to additional tasks or changes as identified by the line manager.
PROFILE REQUIRED
- Bachelor’s degree (or undergraduate) in a relevant field, such as finance or HR
- Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office, especially Microsoft Excel and word
- Strong organizational skills, autonomous, able to deal with priorities and deadlines
- Extremelly rigorous and precise, attention to details
- Mandatory good level of English and Arabic
- Previous experience in a related field is a good asset
JOB CONDITIONS
- Remuneration: according to HI salary scale and number of actual working days
- Starting date: 10th of April 2019
- Duration: up to 15 consecutive working days (19, 22, 26 and 29th of April are official holidays and are not paid by HI)
- Working hours: full time from 8:30 am to 5:30 am with one hour lunch break
