- Lead the community outreach activities under the project
- Support the delivery of a comprehensive community outreach campaign in the targeted areas
- Prepare all needed documents for the outreach activities
- Monitor the documentation of the needed information in relation to the outreach activities
- Set a weekly plan for the community outreach officers and communicate it with project senior management
- Report on outreached people and referrals
- Organize consultation meetings and speaking events to ensure that beneficiaries are provided with the information they need to understand the project’s activities
- Chair and facilitate weekly meetings with the community outreach and field officers and distribute minutes to all senior project team members
- Monitor the reporting on the activity info
- Update the online activity schedule template
- Participate in relevant coordination meetings and working groups
- Work closely with the TVET and Employment Consultant in relation to the psychometric assessment and orientation meetings
- Education:
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant field
- 2-3 years’ experience with Vocational Training related projects preferred.
- A post-graduate degree or equivalent bachelor degree
- Strong experience in donors –funded projects.
- Experience in working with partners
Experience reporting on project activities (required) as well as research and data collection (desired)
Excellent knowledge of English and Arabic; French is a plus.
Excellent reporting, communication and interpersonal skills.
