This call for tender will be for the signature of framework agreements valid for 8 months, and subject to variations and no commitments in terms of quantities required per item of construction materials including the transportation to the Syrian refugees' camps.
All bids must be submitted no later than 29/04/2019 at 03:00 PM (local Lebanese time) at the address mentioned below in a sealed envelope.
SAWA will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by the Bidders in connection with the preparation and submission of their bids to SAWA.

A tender opening session will take place on April 30th 2019 in the SAWA office, Bchara ElKhoury Str., Near Temple, Baalbeck. Any requests for clarification may be submitted by email to tenders@sawagroup.org indicating the reference of the tender until 25/04/2019 at 03:00 PM.
