Position Responsibilities:
- Review subrecipients’ monthly invoices;
- Monitor that in-kind contributions of goods and services are supported by adequate documentation;
- Monitor that subrecipients’ financial management systems have adequate internal controls;
- Monitor the activities of subrecipients as necessary to ensure that program funds are used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the prime award;
- Standardize administrative procedures for efficient sub-contractor management;
- Capacity building for subrecipients' systems if needed.
Minimum requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or an Equivalent in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Finance and/or procurement position, preferably for a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) – domestic or international.
- Knowledge of FCO/DFID rules and regulations preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet concurrent deadlines.
- Ability to read, write and speak Arabic and English.
