Qorras is looking for a young illustrator to collaborate with on one of its ongoing projects. The person will be working within a multidisciplinary team of activists, researchers, creative writers, communication and visual designers, on topics related to gender, sexuality, space and society.
Applicants must submit samples of previous illustration and/or visual work.
Responsibilities:
Create and finalize illustrations within agreed upon deadlines
Incorporate feedback
Produce storyboards in collaboration with the project team
Required qualifications:
Creative, collaborative, curious, motivated
Skilled in freehand illustration
Skilled in coloring
Comfortable with storyboarding
Comfortable with the Arabic language
Able to work on a drawing tablet (having your own is a plus)
Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Comfortable making simple animations
Schedule flexible enough to accomodate project needs
Must have their own computer
