Expression of interest is invited from suitably qualified and experienced consultants with capacity to undertake the research activities. The consultant is expected to submit a detailed proposal with the following components:
- Technical proposal to include:
- Maximum of one page outlining the consultant’s understanding of the ToR and the proposed methodology to conduct the assignment, including a work plan.
- Copies of CV(s) for the lead consultant and the supporting team who will undertake the assignment if applicable.
- Reference of three most recent relevant clients and assignments (stating the organization, assignment undertaken, date and duration, contact person’s name, email address and contact number).
- Sample document elaborated by the consultant showing his/her expertise relevant to the assignment.
2. Financial proposal detailing the following:
- Itemized consultant’s fees – consultant should indicate daily rate.
- Validity period of quotation.

- Expression of interest (including technical and financial proposals) and any additional clarifications on the consultancy should be submitted in English and sent to Purchasing@caritas.org.lb
- The proposals should be submitted by the 21st of May 2019.
