Based on the introduction, the assignment has
the following objectives:
1. Insight in salary structures within comparable organizations
2. A fair salary and benefits package for Dorcas employees located and working in Syria and Lebanon
Methodology & Approach
With these 2 benchmarks, we want to investigate the salaries and most important secondary benefits of 6 job descriptions with reference organizations to determine how the ‘reference market’ pays these positions. The benchmark is performed, based on a questionnaire that we presented to the reference organizations. When necessary the reference organizations are contacted to clarify some questions per e-mail. The consultant will work in close cooperation with the Lebanon office and IHRM at Dorcas International Office.
