Program Manager

The position Main Tasks:

The  programme manager is responsible for the project(s)’ implementation and quality. He/She suggests improvements and further developments. The four axis of the PM’s position are:

Create Strategic plan for potential donor and donor Mapping.

Lead communication with ODA Donor.

Managing and organise meeting with donor.

Ensuring that ODA ressources meet the development plan.

The activities currently and expected to be implemented are somewhat classical humanitarian Development plan– related. Particular attention needs to be taken in terms of:

Proposal skills (written proposal,aware with donor language and template)

Strong experience with project implementation.

strong relation ship with donor (UNICEF,UNHCR,OCHA,USAID,WFD,EU,ECO..)

Folow up of project's implementation.

Organise and facilitate evaluation missions;

Propose a technical approach and a financial, human and logistical scale for the programmes to be implemented;
