Main Responsibilities are:
- Support the Business Development & Quality Assurance Manager in designing and rolling out an effective Accountability system.
- Validate feedback and complaints received through different channels,
- Ensure proper follow up is done/appropriate action is taken (by the relevant/responsible department)
- Close complaints after providing complainants with the response/feedback.
- Generate Weekly, Monthly and End of Year reports
- Coordinate with the Business Development & Quality Assurance Manager and project staff to development accountability information materials.
- Raise awareness and provide information regarding Accountability system and channels.
- Conduct capacity building for staff on the Accountability system and guidelines.
- Support the Business Development & Quality Assurance Manager in the development of an internal accountability mechanism that facilitate and encourage the whistleblower approach
- Coordinating with various employers and developing an employment database for DOT Lebanon youth
- Establishing a strong relationship with potential youth employers
- Setting up a coordination mechanism with value chain entities and NGOs
- Working on the development of a referral system
- Perform other duties as required
