Waste-Water Advisor to the Minister of Energy and Water- 12 Months

Under the direct supervision of the Minister (MoEW), the Water Advisor will:

1. Providing advisory services in the sanitation sector including the development of policies, strategies, action plans and projects.
2. Coordinating with donor agencies and international organizations operating in the field of sanitation and identifying critical issues that would require special support.
3. Supervising and evaluating operations in the sanitation sector.
4. Appraising work and monitoring progress.
5. Preparing proposals for mobilization of financial resources for project preparation and implementation for the wastewater sector.

Following up the preparation, implementation and monitoring of wastewater projects in the context of the Lebanon Crisis Response Plan for the water sector.
