High Quality Interactive Community Theatre Performances
RET LIBAN is an independent, neutral, non-religious, non-political, non-governmental local Lebanese Organization, affiliate to RET GERMANY.
RET Liban is committed to protecting communities by ensuring the resilience of vulnerable people, affected by displacement, violence, armed conflict and disasters.
RET understands how to work closely with local populations, recognizing local needs and assets and involving local actors to respond to the gaps and challenges in the sectors of education, protection (including sexual and gender-based violence), livelihoods and social cohesion.
Under the project "Prevention of Radicalisation and Violent Extremism in Lebanon," funded by Federal Republic of Germany Foreign Office, RET Liban invites qualified NGOs, Universities, actors, and private companies to submit interactive theatre proposals.
Applicants are expected to provide at least 3 performances on the topics of Drugs, Celebratory shooting, GBV, Early Marriage etc… to groups of 50 - 100 audience members in North Lebanon, Baalbek, and Hermel.
Interested applicants providing such services must meet the minimum requirements:
- Group of minimum 4 members (may or may not be registered)
- The group must be specialized in interactive community theatre
- Proven experience in service delivery on different social topics, NGOs experience is a plus
- The group is requested to send a portfolio/brochure of their previous work
- Can provide own transportation to the locations
- Can provide own materials
- Can provide own refreshments
- Costs must be provided US Dollars
- Responsible for its members’ insurance.
