Health Program Assistant - Bekaa (Chtoura)

Functions and responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and financial support to ensure that department operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner
  • Collect and review all backup documents from the supported clinics in coordination with the health officers
  • Prepare all check requests and payments according to the documents received
  • Prepare PHCC monthly cost estimations to be submitted to the finance department ahead of each month
  • Follow up on all payment requests in accordance with available budget lines
  • Coordinate with field staff to collect clinic documents for contracts preparation
  • Liaise with HR department and PHC billing department to prepare Service agreement contracts and PHC contracts
  • Close coordination with finance department to ensure all contracts and payment requirements on track
  • Follow up on all administrative issues in the respective office
  • Coordinate with logistics department on supply chain purchases
  • Assist program team in preparation of trainings
  • Conduct field visits to follow up on payments as needed
  • Perform regular scanning, copying and filing of backup and office documents.
  • Support field team as needed
  • Data entry of medical information
  • Perform other tasks as requested by line manager
