Outreach officer - Data expert

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The Outreach officers – Data expert will be assisting the AFDC team to coordinate and implement the project activities in the selected villages.

1. Contact and select the targeted participants.
2. Conduct socioeconomic surveys of the participants.
3. Register the eligible participants and enroll them within the project framework
4. Fill the daily time sheets and attendance sheets of the participants.
5. Prepare and fill the payment list, service list, electronic attendance list and a monthly report
6. Assist in the field visits to the forests and reforestation sites for data collection when needed.
7. Perform related duties and responsibilities as required

Education and Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Finance, Data management, communication or other related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to deliver on time.
• Proficiency in Arabic, and English  
• Strong verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communication and leadership skills
