Job Description:
Participate in the preparation, planning and implementation of logistics activities.
Ensure timely and accurate processing and documentation of expenses.
Process and maintain service contracts.
Identify, interview and qualify potential new suppliers.
Monitor suppliers, service providers and/or contractors performance to ensure quality.
Perform regular visits to the field to update the stock sheet.
Ensure all stock and goods are well organized.
Ensure all commodities and goods have codes and registered in the inventory of assets form.
Ensure the safety and security of stock/Warehouse.
Prepare PRs and work orders.
Responsible of the office and implementation sites stock inventory and assets.
Responsible of the transportation of staff and required materials and equipment to the implementation site.
Organize the driver duty schedule and ensure the movement of board is filled in regularly.
Creating a sheet for all vehicle fuel consumption report and supervise the fuel consumption of each car.
Ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.
Skills Required:
Minimum 3 years of relevant logistics work experience.
Good knowledge of procurement process.
Knowledge in car and office equipment maintenance.
Proficient in MS office (word, excel..).
High level of integrity and understanding of procurement ethics.
High level of planning, organizational skills and able to meet deadlines.
High level of Analytical thinking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Very good negotiation skills.
