Life Skills Trainer

Job Description:

Help in the outreach of youth groups from several areas in Tripoli.

Prepare life skills sessions from the curriculum.

Conduct a needs assessment for the beneficiaries to build a relevant curriculum.

Train youth men and women on life skills and good behaviors.

Create a detailed plan to complete the sessions for all the youth groups on time.

Report on weekly basis to the program manager about the progress of the youth groups.

Help youth identifying initiatives that benefit their community.

Engage youth with lecturers through interactive seminars to improve their communication skills.

Experience topics discussed in class through field visits.

Prepare youth to advertise and defend their initiatives and link them to relevant stakeholders.

Keep attendance and other records.

Qualifications:

Experience in Life Skills trainings.

Excellent social and personal relationships.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent English technical words knowledge.
