Driver

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

• Responsible of the vehicle assigned
• Transport staff and equipment under good security conditions with respect to the country circulation rules and SIF driving policies

• Ensure maintenance of the vehicle: daily check-up, maintenance and preparation for the night shift respecting SIF rules and procedures
• Maintain the Logbook and consumption register
• Obtain regular information on road access and safety
• Assist in purchases when required
• Assist in maintenance tasks for offices when needed
• Assist staff in carrying heavy load stuff when needed
• Assist in distribution of goods and vouchers when needed

Any additional task requested by line manager

PERSON QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications, experience and competences

• Proven driving experience of minimum 5 years
• Experience working for humanitarian organizations is a must
• Extensive proven knowledge of Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Saida and Bekaa area
• A valid Driving Licence
• Arabic speaking and writing is a must
• English speaking is a plus
• Basics car maintenance experience
• First Aid knowledge is a plus
• Calm and polite personality
• Ability to integrate completely in a multi-disciplinary team.
