1. Company documents ( Business registration / commercial registry / tax registration )
2. Contact person
3. Business references 3 customers ( minimum 2 NGOs )
4. Singed and stamped offers as per the request (reflect TVA in the quotation)

Request

1. Trip rates from Search For Common Ground office in Achrafieh Sioufi to Beirut and to different areas of Lebanon
2. Visit areas : Akkar  / Bekaa  / South
3. Prices for different vehicle categories (2x4, 4x4, 7 seater, minivan, Buss  ...)

Offers should include:

1. Waiting time lapse (free and charged time)
2. Cancellation fees (state minimum time to cancel)
3. TVA to be reflected in the prices
