Preparation of mission contracts for Short Term Experts (STEs) in coordination with Component Managers

·        Organising international travel and accommodation arrangements for STEs

 Salaries and invoices

·        Ensuring that all Project's personnel submitstimesheets and other documentation required for processing of invoices and salaries

·        Coordinating with the Finance Officer for issuance of payments.

 Coordination with the Siren HR Manger

·        Coordinates closely with the Siren HR Manager to ensure alignment with Siren HRM policy and procedures.
