Life skills trainer

  • Plan and implement Life skills sessions and youth led initiatives covering a range of topics pertinent to self-empowerment, social cohesion and civic awareness, following the methodologies set by the livelihood department;
  • Encourage the development of positive peer relationships among program participants;
  • Insure follow up of the beneficiaries following the sessions to track youth development;
  • Contribute to the development/revision of developed materials based on field observations;
  • Provide reports along the year to the Life skills coordinator including quantitative data and full descriptive narrative as per the project annual work plan;
  • Insure the success of the organized activities respecting logistical, administrative and communication processes aligned with donor’s rules and requirements;
  • Collaborate with the M&E department and facilitate data collection through different the M&E tools (Focus group discussion, surveys, database…)
  • Responsible of maintaining the archiving system up to date (both in hardcopies and electronically).
  • Demonstrate an understanding of the integrated approach of the program;
  • Perform any other relevant duties as required.
