Private Sector Assistant

  •  Develop the working plan in collaboration with the project Manager and the MEHE – Private Sector Focal Point;
  • Map the Private Companies (present in the areas of intervention) available to offer an OJT to the students through desk research, contacts with Chamber of commerce, Ministries and outreach on field; meet them to establish the relationship and create a database;
  • Prepare and sign the OJT agreements;
  • Coordinate the OJT calendar in collaboration with the Private Sector Focal Point
  • Supervise the OJT implementation, coordinate the organization of transportations and the daily payment of the participants;
  • Cooperate with the Mentors and follow up their activities and facilitate the relationship with the companies
  • Monitor the implementation of the OJT through spot check; prepare the reports and the intern database;
  • Coordinate with the Livelihood Private Sector colleagues, attend coordination meeting, prepare informative reports, facilitate Focus Group Discussion and reporting.
