Inpatient Assistance Officer - Zahle

OBJECTIVE:

The inpatient assistance officer is responsible for following up on the IPA cases and completing the related administrative work

DUTIES:

  • Provide support to PHCC staff in regards to the IPA activities
  • Collect from patients the necessary documents related to the IPA
  • Ensure contact and proper communication with the contracted hospitals, preparation and signature of agreements, preparation of tools for data collection, follow-up on proper implementation, monitoring visits and reporting
  • Perform constant visits to the contracted hospitals in order to monitor visits and reporting
  • Ensure contact and proper communication with the contracted hospitals in order to prepare for agreement signature, prepare tools for data collection and follow-up on proper implementation
  • Coordinates with all CL staff involved in the IPA activities
  • Communicate relevant issues to hospitals for corrective actions
  • Prepare the IPA reports, as requested by the IPA Coordinator
  • Report to the IPA any matter of concern
  • Communicate all concerns and challenges to the IP Coordinator
  • Assist and attend meetings in the Head Quarters in order to ensure proper follow-up and reporting

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE:

  • 3 years of experience in health settings
  • Solid nursing or medical background is a plus
