Field Officer

Major Activities

• Develop and maintain close working relationship with foremen and workers in order to ensure adequate attention and ownership of tasks
• Ensure that the targeted buildings and windmills are being worked upon based on the plan set in an environmental safe secured manner.
• Ensure that the workers are providing quality and consistent work
• Hand in daily reports about the work in progress, challenges, and progress.
• Ensure the presence of all workers and foreman during working hours
• Hand in daily reports about the work in progress, challenges, and progress.
• Responsible of the day-to-day safety management

Preferred Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

• Good management and administrative skills.
• Diplomacy, tact, negotiating, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills (English & Arabic –required)
• Must have cross-cultural sensitivity, problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Good team building skills, Acquire a creative, innovative, and adaptability personality.
• Ability to cope and work under pressure.
• Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural and difficult / sensitive contexts.
• Familiarity with the culture of the affected population, ability to develop respect from a wide range of people and strong ability to communicate effectively on hygiene and safety matters.
