Specific responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing offer of appointments, contracts and related documentation for Project national staff
- Responsible for proper filling of HR related documentation i.e. Personnel contracts, time sheets, Leaves, Performance Evaluations, Interview Matrix, Tests corrected, Security checks etc..
- Ensure project national staff receives their payslips and/or authorization receipt.
- Notify the Country HR of contracts due for renewal.
- Assisting in collecting social security and income tax forms from all employees.
- Liaise with Country HR to follow up matters of social security, income tax, and Healthcare insurance cover for the national staff.
- Responsible for staff leaves (annual, sick, etc...), and keep track of leaves balance in the leave tracker.
- Updating the staff database of Beirut office on bi-weekly basis. Share it with Country HR in order to generate comprehensive list for TDH delegation.
- Responsible for the proper filling, monitoring and follow-up of the staff Time Sheets and check them for conformity with instructions.
- Advertise positions of Beirut & Mount Lebanon office and conduct the shortlisting in line to procedures.
- Participate in staff recruitment process. Ensure all HR policies are respected i.e. Test’s results, interview matrix, security checks, minutes of meeting if any.
- Any other duty assigned by your Line Manager.
