Communication and Social Media Officer

The person in charge of this position should be able to :

• Manage the organization application and its content, resourcing all the needed information and material to keep the app updated.
• Manage all the communication on the application, follow up with the users and coordinate with the respective entities.
• Manage all social media accounts and website related to the entities.
• Create posts for social media , use the exact hashtags, tag the concerned people or organizations and boost with the right targets when needed.
• Handle internal and external digital communication by creating presentations, visuals, posters and email contents.
• Coordinate with the media team for news and events
• Prepare a weekly report and analysis for social media
• Prepare permanent reports with the app users activity.
• Take pictures where required  for the entities events and engagements
• Create short animations or videos  as material for social media

The qualifications required for this job are:

• Education : Bachelor’s Degree in communication, digital marketing, graphic design (with social media expert experience), public relations or any other related field.

In all cases, years of experience in social media and apps management is a must.

• Competencies: excellent communication, networking and social personality, creative skills. / excellent in computer skills (adobe softwares are a must) / experience in preparing communication material  / full fluency in arabic and english / knowledge of french is a plus / familiar with the social media language, activities, users.
