Medical Information Editor - Beirut

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/SCOPE OF WORK:

Functions and responsibilities

IMC is seeking a consultant to review/edit medical information in Arabic language in the awareness session plans of the community health workers’ guidebook developed by IMC field teams. The guidebook includes 30 session plans that contain basic medical information.  

Deliverable: Edited guidebook with the most updated medical information in Arabic language  

Minimum Qualifications

Academic and professional

  1. Possession of a medical doctor degree, preferably family or internal medicine

Experience

  1. A minimum of two years of satisfactory working relevant experience
  2. Previous work with a non-governmental organization or community-health programming

Language

Good command of written and spoken Arabic and English

Computer Skills

Good command of Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Powerpoint
