Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer with proven programme experience of M&E methodologies to lead on the delivery of the monitoring plan for our programme in Lebanon. Under the direction of the Country Representative, the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for the monitoring plan, the research and learning framework of the project, and for ensuring that qualitative and quantitative evidence are accurately gathered by the Project within good time.

The key skills we are looking for are: Significant technical knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks and experience of supporting its implementation; a collaborative approach to working; and experience supporting partners.
