In recognition of the necessity to ensure implementation and continuity of Caritas’s strategic vision, the association requires a public relations plan to complement its efforts for the year 2020. There is a need for a PR specialist who will develop a communications and PR strategy that will create a positive impression and connections among the institutions employees, stakeholders, and partner organizations.
The objective of the consultancy is:
- To communicate to the public through various media platforms:
- The Progress of Caritas’s projects
- Create positive impact and publicity on social media
- Establish valued partners
- Create connections and respect from public
Scope of Work:
- Place a thorough strategic plan for the year 2020 that embodies principal communication activities: advertising, PR, social media
- Generating quality and quantity output for online and offline communication
- Create a functioning and potential press office to be supported by the organization’s internal resources and the agencies capabilities
- Develop Caritas’ public relation’s network by building connections with celebrities, media, influencers, and key opinion leaders
Qualifications:
- Have intensive PR expertise in the Market preferably with NGOs - with focus on Press Relations, mass communication, and development communication in both public and private sectors.
- Have established strong relations with local Press, media, influencers and social media bloggers.
