Administrative Clerk

Main Role

The Administrative Clerk provides administrative support to Programs/Sections Coordinators of LRC Faculty of Nursing Sciences maintains and manages all records and relevant files.

 

Operational Roles and Responsibilities.

  1. Prepares correspondences for Programs/Sections’ Coordinators.
  2. Participates in the preparation of students’ certificates.
  3. Manages office tasks related to Programs/Sections’ Coordinators.
  4. Coordinates and prepares print outs of lecture handouts for students.
  5. Coordinates and prepares print outs of exams, quizzes, syllabus and arrangement of files.
  6. Prepares Educators/Instructors’ files.
  7. Performs archiving (physical and digital) of all students’ administrative documents, including registration forms and files, insurance, as well as alumni academic transcripts and records.
  8. Handles the reception process, phone calls and basic administrative tasks.
  9. Prepares the diplomas and official documents.
  10. Prepares a variety of correspondences (emails, memos, etc.) and reports.
  11. Plan monthly schedules (courses and training) in addition to other issues previously ordered by the Operations Assistant Dean and/or Programs’ Coordinators.
  12. Prepares individual grade sheets and recommendations for students upon request.
  13. Assists in the monitoring of the exam activities.
