- Lead in the development of community-based campaigns to promote project activities and community engagement.
- Participate in the development of project material and tools including hygiene promotion material, assessment tools, and monitoring and evaluation tools, as needed.
- Communicate and coordinate with grass-root groups (partners, volunteers, local committees) for the preparation and implementation of community activities.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops and trainings to help increase the capacity of implementing local-partners and volunteers in the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of community engagement activities.
- Closely monitor the implementation of partner activities from the design phase, to implementation and close out, to ensure the quality of implementation.
- Ensure that partner project objectives and targets are met according to the implementation work-plan.
- Identify problems, challenges facing project implementation in a timely manner, communicate these to Project Manager, and advise on corrective alternative actions
- Carry out needs assessments that could advise on project expansion or new project development.
- Collect, validate and analyze monitoring data using internal and national databases (Activity Info), and act as M&E focal person for the project
- Support in project budget management.
- Follow up with field staff to submit relevant deliverables
- Provide relevant project reporting
- Assist in project report writing
- Other tasks as suggested by the Project
