Deliverables:
- Organizing and keeping track of personnel documents
- Working on the filing system (recruitment documents, personnel documents, job files, timesheets…)
- Providing general administrative and clerical support to the HR Team members as needed
- Scanning of HR recruitment files
- Check Personnel files for Missing documents as per mandatory checklist
- Introduction to IMC Standards pertaining Job Files, Personnel Files & Employee Checklist and all other HR documents
