Psychologist - Nabaa/ Tripoli

  • Provision of individual counseling sessions to men, women and children, either through drop-in or by referral from others in the center 
  • With the Case Manager, writing up and sending the case agenda to the Protection Technical Manager, coordinated with Project Manager 
  • Giving technical support to the Case Manager, particularly in terms of how to deal with difficult cases, how to set priorities, kinds of intervention possible, where to refer to, etc. 
  • Providing support where appropriate to other members of the center staff about how to respond to different kinds of cases within activities 
  • Carrying out case conferences about shared cases with the case manager, and with others if necessary 
  • Participating in workshops, trainings, and meetings 
  • Attending staff care once a month 
  • Supporting other activities in the center by fulfilling center-wise tasks such as registration, as required
  • Provision of support and coordination to teachers in identification of cases and follow up on referrals 
  • Conducting Conference Meetings with the teachers on a monthly basis.
  • Provision of awareness raising sessions to teachers on psychological topics.
