HR Intern

About the job

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Update HR Tracker (Data Entry)
  • Book Hotel accommodation for guests
  • Filing for HR/Admin files
  • DRC 2020 ID’s
  • Timesheet and Payslip tracking
  • Structure update
  • Issue Contracts for national staff

Additional tasks might be requested to support HR/Admin

About you

To be successful in this role we expect you to a minumum Highschool degree. Moreover, we also expect the following: 

Required

  • Previous Data entry experience
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully

We offer

Contract length: 3 months

Band/Level: Intern, 8,000 LBP transportation per day

Duty Station: Beirut

Start date: 1st of February 2020
