(WL) implementing the USAID-funded Quality Instruction Towards Access and Basic Education Improvement (QITABI) Project, formally invites interested bidders to participate in an auction sale for one vehicle requiring interested bidders to submit a bidder’s request to receive the full Sale by Auction document for one vehicle.
