1. Develop an online platform (website) “IBDAA platform”
2. Be able to include system actors (job seekers, opportunity seekers, employers, entities, project admin) as well as functionalities for each which include:
• Job seekers: sign up, sign in, manage CV, search for vacancies, trainings, scholarship, event, etc. Users will be matched with opportunities based on profile, read job recommendation, apply to a job, settings (user guide, user rights and security policy, reset password), request a certain service (VT, soft skill, apprenticeship…)
• Employers: sign up, sign in, manage company profile, post vacancies, settings (reset password, user guide, user rights & security policy), apply to a service (training, grant, loan…)
• Admin/project officer (web interfaces): sign in, view dashboards, manage admin users (create, suspend, manage user’s access), manage all collected data, send customized notification, fill an application for a user, approve job vacancies, link job vacancies to courses, view log file, generate files.
• The company /service provider will assign one team member to act as MI (management information officer) who will insure the quality of the data entry and works closely with admin/PO. Also assist with all inquiries and data development needed on the duration of the project.
• Develop tools for data collection and data entry
3. Technical features:
• Technology of the web: it should be developed in a will up to date reputable framework. Language and framework need to be specified (Arabic & English option)
• Design services:
- Hosting: suppliers need to provide multiple options with their monthly pricing. Monthly pricing should include server management, automatic management
- The supplier needs to provide details of roles involved in the project
Identify with Ruwwad UI/ UX before starting the development phase and determine a timeline for implementing and launching the platform.
- Train all staff on the platform and program
- Train the admin on the admin panel, platform, dashboard (how to access it)…
• Master’s or bachelor’s Degree in computer science field or equivalent.
• Previous experience in creating websites, platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Design UI/UX, system design, online platform and mobile application
• Draft and finalize detailed timeline including all trainings needed for concerned staff;
• Final report, which shall include the results of the platform/mobile application as well as any challenges that might be faced as well as recommendations that might be needed to improve the system.
