Lebanese Expert in Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP)

Responsibilities:

Verification of the implementation and the use of the ERP system. For these tasks the responsibilities consist of the following:

• • Conduct Desk review on the specific intervention indicated in the SOW.
  • Conduct needed Key informants interviews in the water establishments.
  • Verify the Installation of the system and the specific modules that were requested by each Regional Water Establishment.
  • Verify the proper operation of the system and the specific installed modules.
  • Assess the ability of the system and the selected modules to produce all the reports that are required to be generated by the Regional Water Establishment.
  • Assess the availability of the necessary resources at each Regional Water Establishment to operate and maintain the system.           

Qualifications:

• The local expert should have at least 7 years of experience designing, implementing and monitoring the use of Management Information System precisely the ERP. Knowledge of the Regional Water Establishments institutional structure is a plus.
• Experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics;
• He/ She must hold an advanced degree in MIS/IT or related fields;
• He/ She should have demonstrated ability to undertake needed analysis.
• He/ She should be fluent in Arabic and English
• He/ She is expected to work closely with the PMSPL II team.
