Mount Lebanon/Beirut - Inclusion Officer

Responsibilities:

• Mainstream inclusion throughout all projects
• Ensure environments are safe and inclusive 
• Contribute to the capacity building of project partners
• Provide technical inputs on marginalized children, gender and social inclusion
• Ensure equal participation through all stages of the project from all beneficiaries, taking into consideration disability, gender, age and diversity
• Facilitate awareness sessions on the basic concept of inclusion and vulnerability for project staff and partners
• Facilitate Training of Trainers (ToT) on Inclusion and Age Gender and Disability Approach for project staff and partners 
• Identify the inclusion needs, gaps and priorities of partners in order to mainstream inclusion and to share appropriate guidelines and adapt training and awareness sessions accordingly
• Support skills development and provide regular inclusion technical guidance

Monitoring and Reporting: 

• Provide weekly reporting on activities (achievement of results, activity monitoring,  training needs, etc.)
• Ensure quality control of inclusion mainstreaming activities
• Conduct monthly and quarterly assessments 
• Provide technical support for the monitoring summary reports and recommendations to be shared with key stakeholders
• Ensure technical coherence of the approach and methodology on all the components of the inclusion guidelines in the project.
• Ensure compliance with Humanity and Inclusion principles, guidelines and standards on Inclusion

Qualifications required: 

• Master degree in social sciences, international development or a relevant field
• NGO or INGO experience 
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good written and oral English skills
• Skilled at using basic computer programs
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
