Maan Loubnan

Established in 2009, Maan Lubnan is a non-profit organization that aims towards raising awareness about the importance of sports and its effect on youth. For the past 10 years, our activities have held a humanitarian goal; mainly to use sports to help children and youth develop life skills, athletic skills, and prevent them from potential protection risks. With the help of local sponsors, we run our own International Tripoli Half Marathon on a yearly basis, and with the aid of donors, we can organize races, marathons, training, and various activities in vulnerable areas of Lebanon. In addition to our sporting events and projects, we run awareness sessions for youth about drug and substance abuse and general addiction, like internet addiction. Finally, we strive to build a sports culture that contributes to making people’s lives better and to the bring up local athletes on an international standard.
