roject’s context:

IRL intended to implement a Sustainable Orphans Sponsorship Program to provide a critical contribution goal to Lebanon’s stability by expanding economic opportunities benefiting local economies and the most vulnerable communities and individuals in line with government rules and regulations. The project activities will be aimed to secure the dignity of the orphans from different nationalities.

Overall Responsibility about the job:

Project Officer Assistant (POA) will be responsible for assisting and providing support to the Project Officer in daily planning and implementations of “protect orphans’ dignity” in North Lebanon Area/Koura

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

Assist the program coordinator/Officer in the preparation and arrangements of any activity related to project field implementation.

Keep the information of beneficiaries’ files Up to Date.

Day-to-day follow up with the field officer.

Home visits to be conducted for the families/orphans.

Submitting daily, weekly and monthly updated reports to the Project assistant as per the project requirements and standards.

 Plan for the PSS activities and reporting.

Up to date PSS activities sessions

Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.

Ability to relate and connect with people of different cultural, ethnic, and social-economic backgrounds and a passion for helping others

Ability to work under stress

Apply data program techniques and procedures.

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.

Scan documents and print files, when needed.

Keep information confidential and comply with data integrity and security policies.

Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.

Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.
